Tailscale creates a private, encrypted network between your devices using WireGuard under the hood. Here is how to get any third party FM radio on Lumia 950


With interop tools go to registry browser 

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/Microsoft/FMRadio/OEM/NotPresent and change the value from 1 to 0 and reboot

Install any third party radio from the store. The headphone cable acts as antenna for FM radio
