With interop tools go to registry browser 

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/Microsoft/FMRadio/OEM/NotPresent and change the value from 1 to 0 and reboot

Install any third party radio from the store. The headphone cable acts as antenna for FM radio
