Google apps (or GApps) are included 

To flash open a terminal in the platform tools folder 

If you're using PowerShell

.\adb devices

.\adb reboot bootloader

.\fastboot -w

.\fastboot update <path_to_lineageos19.1.zip> 

You can right click on the file and tap copy as path


To root with magisk just extract the rom zip file and send the boot.img to your device

Download the magisk canary APK and patch it with magisk , the file will be in Downloads 

Open another terminal and reboot to bootloader

.\fastboot boot <path_to_magiskboot.img> 

When the device boots, open magisk and tap direct install
